Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. We currently offer free ground shipping within the United States.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5 for each additional address.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please track your shipment as Voyager is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@ridevoyager.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
